Yes. The fragrance used in Perio plus contains menthol.

It is alcohol-free and does not contain synthetic fragrances or colourants, helping to avoid taste disturbance.

No. All Perio plus products are alcohol-free.

The RDA of Perio pluss upport Toothpaste is approx. 40, making it gentle on teeth.
It contains 230 ppm fluoride and is SLS-free, compatible with the entire Perio plus line.

Mouthwashes: Use morning and evening. Rinse with 10 ml undiluted for 60 seconds.

Perio plus zero (children 6 years and older): Use up to 5 ml of the mouthwash and dilute with drinking water to make a total of 10 ml.
This helps reduce the intensity of the flavour.

Focus Gel: Use morning and evening. Apply a small amount directly to the affected area.

Support Toothpaste: Use instead of your regular toothpaste, morning and evening.

The following recommendations apply to Perio plus products:

• Perio plus Forte: max. 3–7 days
• Perio plus Protect: max. 3 weeks
• Perio plus Regenerate: max. 4 weeks
• Perio zlus zero: for both short-term and long-term use, depending on individual needs. It is not required for daily use, so its usage can be adjusted based on specific oral health concerns (such as gum problems, dry mouth, or bad breath)
• Perio Plus Focus Gel: max. 3–7 days
• Perio Plus Support Toothpaste: max.4 weeks-or as directed by your dentist. 

The Perio plus range is designed to provide additional support when extra care is needed, rather than as a permanent everyday mouthwash.
Different Perio plus formulas are intended for different situations and durations of use.
For gentle, longer-term use, Perio plus zero is the most suitable option, as it is CHX-free.
