Guide an interdental brush through the spaces first — this removes debris from larger gaps and lets your toothpaste ingredients work more effectively.

Gently guide the head at a 45° angle — half on the teeth, half on the gums — then tilt to 90° between teeth to clean deeper into the interdental spaces.

After brushing, rinse the handle thoroughly and dry it with a soft cloth.
For stubborn stains, use a little mild soap. Don't forget the space below the brush head — remove it, clean, and dry there as well.
