  1. Insert the brush gently into the space between the teeth at gum level.
  2. Gently move the brush, once in and out.
  3. Use it once a day. Done!

  1. Hold it like a pen.
  2. Start with the inner surfaces and molars.
  3. Place it at a 45° angle, half on the tooth and half on the gum.
  4. Brush in small circles with light pressure.
  5. Check with your tongue: does it feel smooth? Perfect!
