10-Day Challenge, Completion Reward and Hydrosonic Pro Prize Draw

 

1. Acceptance of Terms

By entering this challenge, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

 

2. Challenge Period

The registration period begins on 1 October 2026 at 00:00 CEST and ends on 1 November 2026 at 23:59 CET ("Registration Period").

Participants may register at any time during the applicable Registration Period. Regardless of when a participant registers, every participant will have the same amount of time to take part: 10 days to complete the challenge, followed by an additional 2 calendar days to submit the required completion photo.

The day of registration counts as Day 1 of the challenge. During the 10-day period, participants must clean between their teeth once a day and mark each completed day on their physical challenge calendar.

After completing Day 10, participants must submit a photo of their completed challenge calendar together with the interdental brush used during the challenge through the Challenge Completion Form. The photo should show only the completed challenge calendar and the interdental brush used and should not include the participant or any other person.

Participants have 2 additional calendar days after Day 10 to submit the required photo. The submission deadline therefore depends on the date on which each participant started the challenge. Late submissions will not qualify for the reward or entry into the prize draw.

For example, a participant who registers on the final day of the Registration Period, 1 November 2026, will complete Day 10 on 10 November 2026 and will have until 12 November 2026 at 23:59 CET to submit the required photo.

After successful completion of the challenge and validation of the submitted photo, participants will receive an email containing a reward code for one free Prime Start Set with their next qualifying webshop order.

The reward code can only be applied once the shopping cart reaches the minimum order value of AED125 in Curaprox webshop. 

Once the reward code has been successfully applied, participants may choose one of the six available Prime Start Sets directly in the shopping cart. The reward code may be redeemed once per participant and is valid until 10 January 2027.

The prize draw for the Hydrosonic Pro sonic toothbrush will take place on 17 November 2026.

Selected winners will be contacted by email, using the email address provided during registration, within 5 business days after the prize draw and, in any event, no later than 30 November 2026.

 

3. Eligibility

Participation is open only to natural persons who, at the time of registration:

• are 18 years of age or older;

• are legal residents of United Arab Emirates;

• provide the required registration information, including a valid email address; and

• comply with these Terms & Conditions.

Only one participation per person is permitted.

If selected as a winner of a Curaprox Hydrosonic Pro sonic toothbrush, the participant must be able to provide a valid residential address.

Employees of Curaden AG, its affiliated companies, and members of their immediate families or households are excluded from participation.

Curaden AG reserves the right to verify eligibility and may request reasonable proof of age, identity or residence where necessary to administer the campaign, validate completion of the challenge or award a prize.

 

4. How to Participate

To participate, participants must:

• complete the Challenge Registration Form with their first name, last name, phone number, valid email address and interdental brush size, or indicate that they do not know their size;

• agree to receive the personalized Curaprox newsletter and accept these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Notice;

• confirm their email address through the required email confirmation;

• clean between their teeth once a day for 10 days using a Curaprox interdental brush and mark each completed day on their challenge calendar; and

• after Day 10, and within the applicable 2-day submission period, submit a photo of their completed challenge calendar together with the interdental brush used during the challenge through the Challenge Completion Form.

The submitted photo must show only the completed challenge calendar and the interdental brush used. Participants should not upload photographs showing themselves or any other person.

Only participants who successfully complete all 10 days and submit the required photo within the applicable submission period will qualify for the reward and entry into the prize draw for a Curaprox Hydrosonic Pro sonic toothbrush.

Only one participation per person is permitted.

 

5. Completion Reward and Prize Draw.

Completion Reward

After successfully completing all 10 days and submitting the required photo of their completed challenge calendar together with the interdental brush used during the challenge within the applicable 2-day submission period, participants will receive an email containing a reward code for one free Prime Start Set with their next qualifying webshop order.

The reward code can only be applied once the shopping cart reaches the minimum order value of AED125 in Curaprox webshop. 

Once the reward code has been successfully applied, participants will be able to choose one of the six available Prime Start Sets directly in the shopping cart. Participants who do not know their interdental brush size may choose the Prime Start Mixed Set.

The reward code may be redeemed once per participant and is valid until 10 January 2027.

Participants who successfully complete the challenge and meet the applicable participation requirements will also be entered into the prize draw for a Curaprox Hydrosonic Pro sonic toothbrush.

 

6. Information Required From Winners

To verify eligibility and arrange delivery of the Curaprox Hydrosonic Pro sonic toothbrush, Curaden AG, an affiliated Curaprox/Curaden country team, or a fulfillment partner acting on behalf of Curaden AG may request:

• full name;

• email address;

• full residential address in an eligible country;

• confirmation that the winner is 18 years of age or older; and

• proof of age, identity or residence, if reasonably required for verification.

 

7. Restrictions and Disqualification

Curaden AG reserves the right to disqualify any participant or winner. If grounds for disqualification become apparent only after the prize draw, the affected winner may be disqualified retrospectively.

Disqualification may occur in particular if a participant or winner:

• is under 18 years of age;

• is not a legal resident of one of the participating countries or cannot provide a valid residential address in the participating country in which they registered;

• provides false, incomplete, misleading or unverifiable information;

• submits fraudulent, duplicated, manipulated, automated or otherwise invalid challenge entries, calendars or supporting images;

• submits more than one participation; or

• otherwise fails to comply with the challenge requirements or these Terms & Conditions.

 

8. Prize Forfeiture and Alternate Winners

If a selected winner does not respond to the winner notification within 7 calendar days of the first notification email, does not provide the requested information within 7 calendar days of Curaden AG’s request, provides incomplete, false or unverifiable information, or does not meet the eligibility requirements, the selected winner will be disqualified and will forfeit the Curaprox Hydrosonic Pro sonic toothbrush prize.

In this case, Curaden AG may conduct one additional random draw from the remaining eligible entries to select an alternate winner for the relevant prize.

The alternate winner will be contacted by email and must respond within 7 calendar days of the first notification email and provide the requested information within 7 calendar days of Curaden AG’s request.

If the alternate winner does not respond, does not provide the required information within the applicable timeframe, or does not meet the eligibility requirements, the relevant prize will be forfeited and no further draw will take place.

 

9. Prize Delivery

Curaden AG is the promoter and organizer of the campaign. Delivery of the prize may be arranged by Curaden AG, one of its affiliated Curaprox/Curaden country teams, a local Curaprox partner, a logistics provider or another fulfillment partner acting on behalf of Curaden AG.

The Curaprox Hydrosonic Pro sonic toothbrush prize will be delivered free of standard shipping costs to the winner’s verified residential address in the participating country in which they registered for the challenge, within 30 days after successful verification of eligibility and receipt of all required winner information.

The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or for any other Curaprox product.

 

10. Changes and Operational Restrictions

Curaden AG reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the campaign where necessary for legal, regulatory, technical or operational reasons.

Curaden AG also reserves the right to restrict participation, reward redemption or prize delivery where these are technically unavailable or practically impossible in the relevant participating market.

Any changes will be made only where reasonably necessary and in accordance with applicable law.

 

11. Personal Data

Personal data collected in connection with the campaign will be processed by Curaden AG for the purposes of administering the 10-day challenge, verifying participation and eligibility, providing the reward, administering the prize draw, contacting winners, delivering prizes, handling enquiries or complaints, and complying with applicable legal obligations.

As part of the registration process, participants agree to receive the personalized Curaprox newsletter with tips and tricks for preventive dental care. Participants may withdraw their consent and unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time, for example by using the unsubscribe link included in each newsletter.

Curaden AG may share personal data with affiliated Curaprox/Curaden country teams, service providers, logistics providers and fulfillment partners where necessary to administer the campaign, provide the reward or deliver a prize.

12. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Curaden AG is not liable for late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, technically corrupted or unverifiable registrations or challenge submissions; failed calendar uploads; email delivery problems; technical issues affecting the registration or completion forms; or inability to provide the reward or deliver a prize due to inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the participant.

Curaden AG is also not responsible for interruptions, failures or technical problems affecting third-party platforms or services used in connection with the campaign.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

 

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The campaign, these Terms & Conditions and the legal relationship between the participant and Curaden AG shall, to the extent permitted by law, be governed by substantive Swiss law, excluding its conflict of law provisions and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

Mandatory consumer protection rights applicable in the participant’s country of residence remain unaffected.

To the extent permitted by law, the exclusive place of jurisdiction for disputes arising from or in connection with the campaign or these Terms & Conditions shall be the registered office of Curaden AG in Switzerland.
