1.    Promoter

This giveaway is organized by Curaden AG, Amlehnstrasse 22, 6010 Kriens, Switzerland ("Curaden AG").

 

2.    Acceptance of Terms

By entering this giveaway, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

 

3.    Giveaway Period

The giveaway begins on 11 June 2026 at 00:00 CEST and ends on 16 July 2026 at 23:59 CEST ("Giveaway Period").

Entries submitted before or after this period will not be considered.

 

4.    Eligibility

Participation is open only to natural persons who, at the time of entry:

•    are 18 years of age or older;

•    are legal residents of one of the following countries; and

•    are able, if selected, to provide a valid residential address in one of these countries:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and United States.

Persons who are not resident in one of these countries, or persons who cannot provide a valid address in one of these countries if selected, are not eligible to participate and win and may be disqualified.

Employees of Curaden AG, its affiliates, and immediate family or household members are excluded from participation.

Curaden AG reserves the right to verify eligibility. Curaden AG may require a selected winner to provide proof of age and identity, including a copy of an official identification document, solely for the purpose of verifying eligibility and awarding the prize.

 

5.    How to Enter

To enter during the Giveaway Period, participants must:

•    follow @curaproxglobal on Instagram; and

•    comment under the relevant giveaway post with their answer.

Only comments containing a valid flag emoji and/or the written name of one country or national team participating in the FIFA World Cup 2026 will be considered valid entries.

No purchase is necessary. A purchase does not improve the chances of winning.

Only one entry per person will be counted. Multiple comments by the same person will not increase the chance of winning.

 

6.    Prize

There will be 11 winners in total.

Football Edition Prize:

10 winners will each receive one Curaprox Toothbrush CS 5460 football edition 2026.

Main Prize:

1 winner will receive one Hydrosonic Pro toothbrush, one Curaprox Toothbrush CS 5460 football edition 2026, one interdental brush prime start mixed set, and one Be You toothpaste 60 ml.

The flavour of the Be You toothpaste will be selected randomly by Curaden AG and cannot be chosen or changed by the winner.

Each participant may win a maximum of one prize. Winners of a Football Edition Prize are not eligible to win the Main Prize.

The prizes are non transferable, non exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or for any other Curaprox product.

The prize will be delivered free of shipping costs to the winner's verified residential address in one of the eligible countries, subject to successful verification of eligibility and receipt of the required winner information, in accordance with Section 14 below.

 

7.    Eligible Countries

The giveaway is open only to participants who are legal residents of the countries listed in Section 4.

 

8.    Winner Selection

Within 5 business days after the end of the Giveaway Period, Curaden AG will review the entries and identify all valid entries.

A valid entry is a comment submitted during the Giveaway Period by an eligible participant under the relevant Instagram giveaway post, containing a valid flag emoji and/or the written name of one country or national team participating in the FIFA World Cup 2026.

From the valid entries, Curaden AG or a third party acting on behalf of Curaden AG will randomly select:

•    10 winners for the Football Edition Prize; and

•    1 winner for the Main Prize.

The 10 Football Edition Prize winners will be selected first. The Main Prize winner will then be selected from the remaining valid entries, excluding the selected Football Edition Prize winners.

The random draw will be carried out using AppSorteos or another comparable random selection tool suitable for Instagram giveaway draws. The selection process may be screen recorded for internal documentation and verification purposes.

Curaden AG will retain internal records of the giveaway, including the eligible entry list, draw settings, date and time of the draw, screen recording of the selection where applicable, and selected winners, for as long as necessary to administer the giveaway, resolve complaints, demonstrate that a valid award took place, and comply with applicable legal and record keeping obligations.

Legal recourse is excluded.

 

9.    Winner Notification

Selected winners will be contacted by Instagram direct message from @curaproxglobal only within 5 business days after the end of the Giveaway Period.

Each selected winner must reply to the Instagram direct message within 7 calendar days of the first notification message.

After the selected winner replies to the Instagram direct message, Curaden AG, one of its affiliated Curaprox/Curaden country teams, or a fulfillment partner acting on behalf of Curaden AG may contact the selected winner by email to request the information required to verify eligibility and organize delivery of the prize.

The selected winner must provide the requested information by email within 7 calendar days of the email request. If the selected winner does not provide the requested information within this period, provides incomplete or unverifiable information, or does not meet the eligibility requirements, the selected winner will be disqualified and will forfeit the prize.

 

10.    Information Required From Winners

To verify eligibility and deliver the prize, Curaden AG, one of its affiliated Curaprox/Curaden country teams, or a fulfillment partner acting on behalf of Curaden AG may request the following information from a selected winner:

•    full name;

•    email address;

•    full residential address in one of the eligible countries;

•    confirmation that the winner is 18 years of age or older;

•    proof of age and identity, if reasonably required by Curaden AG for verification.

 

11.    Restrictions and Disqualification

Curaden AG reserves the right to disqualify any participant or winner. If grounds for disqualification only become apparent after the draw, the affected winner may be disqualified retrospectively. Disqualification occurs in particular if a participant or winner:

•    is under 18;

•    is not resident in one of the eligible countries or cannot provide a valid residential address in one of the eligible countries;

•    submits fraudulent, automated, duplicated, misleading, or non compliant entries; or

•    otherwise breaches these Terms & Conditions.

 

12.    Prize Forfeiture and Alternate Winners

If a selected winner does not reply to the Instagram direct message within 7 calendar days of the first notification message, or does not provide the requested information by email within 7 calendar days of Curaden AG's request, or if the information is incomplete, false, unverifiable, or the winner is not eligible, the selected winner will be disqualified and will forfeit the prize.

In this case, Curaden AG may conduct one additional random draw from the remaining eligible entries to select an alternate winner for the relevant prize. The alternate winner will be contacted by Instagram direct message from @curaproxglobal only and must also reply within 7 calendar days and provide the requested information within 7 calendar days of Curaden AG’s email request.

If the alternate winner fails to reply or to provide the required information in time, the relevant prize will be forfeited and no further draw will take place.

 

13.    Prize Delivery

Curaden AG is the promoter and organizer of the giveaway. Prize delivery may be arranged by Curaden AG, one of its affiliated Curaprox/Curaden country teams, a local Curaprox partner, a logistics provider, or another fulfillment partner acting on behalf of Curaden AG.

The prize will be delivered free of shipping costs to the winner's verified residential address in one of the eligible countries within 30 days after successful verification of eligibility and receipt of all required winner information.

The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other Curaprox product.

 

14.    Taxes, Duties, Customs, and Other Costs

Curaden AG or its affiliated Curaprox/Curaden country teams or fulfillment partners will cover standard shipping costs for prize delivery. Prizes are generally shipped from within the winner’s country of residence or region via local Curaprox/Curaden entities or partners, so that no import customs formalities are required for the winner in most cases.

Any taxes, duties, customs charges, or other costs arising from acceptance or use of the prize, where applicable under the laws of the winner's country of residence, are the sole responsibility of the winner, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

 

15.    Changes and Operational Restrictions

Curaden AG reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the giveaway where necessary for legal, regulatory, technical, or operational reasons.

Curaden AG also reserves the right to exclude participants or winners where the prize delivery, product sale, or redemption is technically unavailable or practically impossible under the applicable participating Curaprox B2C e shop setup.

 

16.    Independence from Instagram / Meta

This giveaway is organized solely and independently by Curaden AG. It is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta.

By participating, entrants acknowledge that they are providing their information to Curaden AG and not to Instagram or Meta, and release Instagram and Meta from any liability arising in connection with this giveaway.

 

17.    Independence from FIFA

This giveaway is organized solely and independently by Curaden AG. It is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, associated with, licensed by, approved by, or otherwise connected to FIFA, the FIFA World Cup 2026, or any FIFA affiliated entity. Any reference to the FIFA World Cup 2026 is made solely to describe the thematic context of the giveaway and/or the eligible national teams/countries for valid entries. No FIFA trademarks, logos, emblems, mascots, trophies, official artwork, or other official FIFA intellectual property are used as part of this giveaway.

 

18.    Personal Data

Personal data collected in connection with this giveaway will be processed by Curaden AG for the purposes of administering the giveaway, verifying eligibility, contacting winners, delivering prizes, handling complaints, maintaining giveaway records, and complying with legal obligations.

For these purposes, Curaden AG may share necessary winner information with affiliated Curaprox/Curaden country teams, local Curaprox partners, logistics providers, and other fulfillment partners acting on behalf of Curaden AG, but only to the extent necessary to verify eligibility and organize prize delivery.

Further information on how Curaden AG processes personal data is available in the applicable Curaden AG privacy policy. Where required by applicable law, Curaden AG will obtain the participant’s explicit consent before using personal data for direct marketing purposes.

 

19.    Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Curaden AG is not liable for late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, technically corrupted, or unverifiable entries; Instagram platform issues; failed direct messages; email delivery problems; or inability to deliver the prize due to inaccurate information provided by the participant.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

 

20.    Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The giveaway, these Terms & Conditions, and the entire legal relationship between the participant and Curaden AG shall, to the extent permitted by law, be governed exclusively by substantive Swiss law, excluding its conflict of law provisions and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

To the extent permitted by law, the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the giveaway shall be the registered office of Curaden AG, Switzerland.
